What is the Tech Pass and who is eligible?

The Tech Pass (Tech.Pass) is a pass for established tech entrepreneurs, leaders and technical experts. Eligibility: a fixed monthly salary of at least S$10,000 (last 1 year) or S$20,000+ in annual taxable income, plus significant tech track record or leadership experience.
