What is an Employment Pass (EP) and am I eligible?

The Employment Pass is Singapore's work pass for foreign professionals, managers and executives. Eligibility requires a job offer from a Singapore employer, a qualifying salary (at least S$5,000 from 2025, higher for older applicants), and acceptable qualifications — plus passing the COMPASS points framework.
