What is the Dependant's Pass (DP)?

The Dependant's Pass is issued to the spouse and unmarried children (under 21) of EP, S Pass, EntrePass, ONE Pass, Tech Pass and PEP holders who earn above the income threshold (S$6,000 for EP holders).
