Must a foreign branch share the same name as its parent company?
Not necessarily, but the branch name must closely resemble the parent company's name and include the suffix 'Singapore Branch' (e.g. 'ABC Pte Ltd (Singapore Branch)'). The proposed name must be approved by ACRA.
