What are the requirements for a director of a company incorporated in Singapore?

A director must be at least 18 years old, of full legal capacity, and not disqualified under the Companies Act (e.g. undischarged bankrupts or those banned by ACRA or courts). At least one director must be ordinarily resident in Singapore.
